To get your Dream Campus Placement, you should know everything about the companies visiting your Campus – especially their Campus recruitment process. In this answer, I shall discuss the Campus recruitment process in the case of Capgemini, basing on the past selection procedures.

Capgemini Campus Recruitment Process #1

In this process, there are 3 rounds: the Written Round, the Group Discussion Round and the Technical and HR Round.

Written Round:

This round consists of 3 sections, Quantitative ability, Reasoning ability and Verbal ability.

• In the Quantitative ability section, there are 25 questions. The important topics include Logarithms, Time, Speed and Work, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion.
• In the Reasoning Ability Section, there are 25 questions. The important topics include Blood Relations and Directions, Coding, Pie Charts/Bar Graphs and Statement and Conclusion based questions.
• In the Verbal Ability Section, there are 25 questions. The important topics include Short Reading Comprehensions, Basic Grammar, Fill in the blanks, Synonyms & Antonyms, Paragraph Completion and Sentence Completion.

The allotted time to solve the questions (75 questions) in this round is 90 minutes. There is no negative marking in this round.

Group Discussion Round:

In this round, the number of participants per group can range from 12 to16. A topic is given for discussion among the members of the group. For example, the topic might be "Is automation a necessary evil?" You are expected to present your views that are supported by valid examples and reasoning. Technical and HR Round:

In the HR round, the interview panel questions you everything/anything related to your personality, family, education, hobbies, internships, work experience (if relevant), general knowledge, etc. As there is no separate Technical round, the questions can be from your core/technical subjects as well, assuming that you belong to an Engineering background. Along with C, C++ and DBMS, prepare on two more subjects from your branch/specialization. In most of the interviews, you will be asked about your favorite subject – in case of this, you can speak about the subjects that you have prepared for.
