How does one get a Morgan Stanley, in India as a fresher?

You can interview for Morgan Stanley in one of the following ways :

• Easiest way of all is to hope that MS visits your institute for Campus placements where you have much more chances of getting selected. Placement process begins with a written test followed by few rounds of interview. Expect results on the very same day.

• A slightly difficult way is to appear for Morgan Stanley Codathon, an online algorithmic competition on Hackerrank. If you perform well and get a good rank, you can expect to get a call from them. Few rounds of telephonic interviews follow. Expect result in few weeks.

• The most difficult way I think is to reach out to the HR directly via LinkedIn and wait for a reply.The same goes with getting a referral somehow and then proceeding ahead, the chances of getting which are really rare unless you know someone already working there.
