How do I get a job in Zoho?

There are few skills that you need to crack zoho interview. Zoho interview is not as easy as it may sound. I have seen people attempting thrice for zoho. The skills you need are:
  1. Good basic understanding of programming. It means if you are given a code snippet you should know what will b the output. Basic understanding of C, C++.
  2. You need great manipulating skill for strings, arrays because most of the programs asked will be string and array manipulation.
  3. Good hands on programming skill. They will make you code on system and see the output.
  4. Good problem solving skill. If you get a real time problem how will you solve it.
  5. Good knowledge of a language most preferably Java.
Trust me above skills are easy to get mastered as it looks. Once you will clear interview your career will fly high for sure. It is the best place to work for.

Note- This process is only applicable for Technical Positions
Round 1- Similar to all companies , you will have a written round from a wide range of topics. 15 questions from aptitude and 15 technical questions. Candidates were selected based on both performances. So solve questions that belong to your expertise first and then proceed. Technical questions were output based questions from Pointers, Loops , exit conditions , User defined datatypes etc etc. No options will be given. So you will have to workout carefully and write the answer.
Round 2 : Basic Programming Round - Five questions should be solved within three hours. More than solving your approach towards solving the problem will be valued.
Programs will be evaluated manually by the assigned mentor.
Round 3 : Application Development round- An application should be developed with given modules.
Round 4 : Technical Interview : Almost all people who got through first three rounds were selected. Interview plays an important role for your position in the company. Have thorough knowledge of basic concepts in OS,DBMS, OOPS etc. Have in depth knowledge about your areas of interest.
Round 5 : HR Interview- Normal questions from the resume and questions like Why Zoho ? Career Goal , etc.
First three rounds are crucial. So prepare well for it. All the best.
