There are 2 sections normally In Morgan's apptitude test.
(Quants+ logic) section 1 and Section 2 on programming question. After that They have a coding round which normally consist of 2 to 3 questions depending on difficulty level.
Section 2 varies almost every year. At times they ask pure language based question for which u need to select a language from C/C++/java.

questions on Datastructure , OS etc..
For language specific quetions they are mostly conceptual like assume you have selected java as a language then questions on Garbage collector,Threading,String Pool etc.
For C they go deeper in Structs and unions.
Over all they need some one who is at least thorough with one language.
I am not particulary sure about OS and DS questions but i would assume they will be standard question you find on websites or in any other tests.
