Steps to get the job.
- Look for open positions in the desired company.
- Match their requirement with your skill set.
- If matched, prepare a CV and give it to the HR of the desired company. If not matched, then look for other companies. (Start from step 1 again)
- If HR does not schedule an interview, send a reminder mail.
- Once the interview is scheduled, prepare for the interview by brushing up your skills.
- Go to the interview on time and dressed appropriately.
- Ace the interview.
- Send a thank you letter/mail to the interviewer.
- Wait and pray.
- Send another thank you/gentle reminder to the HR.
- If you did well, then they will call you for another interview.
- Negotiate your salary and sign the contract/agreement.
- Enjoy your new job.
